70cl / 60% - This eight-year-old rum from St Nicholas Abbey in Barbados has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength. It has aromas of ginger snap biscuit, lemon curd and hints of vanilla on the nose, with notes of toasted pineapple, dried fruit and tobacco on the palate.
