Made by Ridgeview, this is a special example of English fizz and the quality it has recently risen to. The nose oozes age and decadence, displaying sourdough, cream, dry apple skin and lemon rind. There's also a faint struck match quality and even cheese. This nose is all about depth and age.
The palate is relatively similar as on the nose which is no bad thing. It has fine acidity cutting through the savoury nature which brings superb balance to the wine. This is a wine to savour and enjoy!
