One of the best sparkling wines I have tasted. Dry, light and crisp.

This is one of the best sparkling wines I know. Deliciously light and crisp without being too sharp and to my mind far more interesting than most cavas or proseccos. And considerably cheaper (and better) than a non-vintage champagne.

Great as an aperitif, sits somewhere between a prosecco and a cava in terms of sweetness. Very drinkable!
