A fabulous Rosé expression from Ruinart- The oldest champagne house in all the region, which began life back in 1729. The winemakers use a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir to create a light, refreshing Rosé which never overstays its welcome. Aged for a minimum of 4 years in Ruinart's famous wine cellars, which are carved out of chalk and run for over 8 km. This much room allows for a constant temperature of 11 degrees Celsius, perfect for aging the champagne.
