Founded in 1970, Marques de Caceres was established by the Forner family of Chateau Camensac and Chateau Larose-Trintaudon, two of the most recognized properties in Bordeaux. This rose, made from Tempranillo and a touch of Garnacha using the free-run sangrado method (less contact with the skins), is one of the traditional wines at Marques de Caceres with an extensive range of wine-pairings. Pretty, luminous pale coral pink color. Floral bouquet of small red berry fruits and a slight touch of aniseed. Luscious flavors on tasting with refreshing acidity and balanced structure. An elegant rose with character and good length. Pair with jamon or fresh tomatoes with tuna. Firm Manchego cheese is a traditional match.
