Coming from Conegliano Valdobbiadene, this is premium Prosecco. This part of the region is the equivalent to a ‘Grand Cru’ in other wine regions, meaning there are more regulations and better growing conditions which results in much better wine. This is fresh, floral and immensely fruity. The bubbles are soft and creamy adding a sense of decadence among the intense flavours of peach, apple and lemon. There is a touch of sweetness on the finish making it very easy drinking.
