Pinot Blanc is a variety that has yet to hit the big time, which makes it all that more exciting and mysterious. One of the rare grapes to still hold onto a bit of the unknown and one that has its roots firmly planted in the Alsace region of northeastern France. It is a great all-rounder, and we don’t want to do it a disservice by describing it as simple, but the honeydew melon fruit, light herbal notes, and a little mineral tension on the palate result in a truly easy-going wine, packed with appeal and charm.
