Wine Domaine Gueguen - A wine that surprises with its harmonious balance, combining richness, freshness and the famous minerality characteristic of the Petit Chablis appellation. Made from the Chardonnay grape variety, the vines are around 30 years old and are located in the village of Préhy, facing north-west, on Portlandian clay-limestone soil. Fermentation is carefully controlled at a temperature of 16-18°C, using natural yeasts, followed by full malolactic fermentation to fully develop the wine's aromas. Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for around 10 months preserves the wine's fresh, fruity character. A cuvée to discover with seafood this summer...
