Chardonnay for this cuvée comes from 100-percent-rated villages of Cramant and Avize within the district of Côte de Blancs. On the slopes of this famous Chardonnay district are Perrier Jouët's 100-percent-rated estate Cramant vineyard that provide the structure, elegance, lightness and floral finesse for which Perrier Jouët Champagnes are known. The Pinot Noir comes from 100 percent rated villages of Aÿ, Dizy, Mailly and Verzenay, the with première cru Pinot Meunier grapes from Dizy.
