70cl / 15% - This Vermouth, which peasants used to drink at Christmas, is still made by hand using an old 1750 recipe. Herbs and spices are added to Tuscan wine along with a little sugar and alcohol, then left to mature before being filtered and bottled. This vermouth is a light-amber coloured, sweet-tasting drink with a note of acidity that's especially good to drink at the end of a meal with biscuits and blue cheese.
