Wine MOUTON CADET - Created in 1930 by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Mouton Cadet is a blend of a number of appellations from the Bordeaux region. These appellations cultivate the noble varieties of grape and the wine is a result of an exclusive selection of parcels belonging to Mouton Cadet wine-making partners. After 90 years, Mouton Cadet has reinvented itself in an organic version with eco-designed packaging. This Organic Mouton Cadet vintage is just a step on the domaine's journey towards wines with no pesticide residue, with ever-growing purity and cleanliness. This red wine vintage is fruity, rounded and delicious. The nose is marked by an explosion of red fruits. After aeration, we note a charming nose of very ripe red and black fruits. On the palate, it is generous and with good complexity with the arrival of black fruit and sweet spice flavours that linger to give length and sensuality to the finish. Best served lightly chilled for the best tasting.
