During a buying trip to California, our Head of Buying, Sophie Lord, discovered the talented Heather Nenow, a winemaker whose style captures the true essence of Lodi's vineyards. Sophie immediately recognised the potential in Heather's Cabernet, but the journey didn't end there. They teamed up with California winemaking legend David Akiyoshi - whose philosophy stems directly from Robert Mondavi himself - and, together, they crafted this exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon from Heather's Lodi grapes and special cellar parcels.
