70cl / 42% - An artisanal mezcal made at a historical hacienda, situated in the heart of the plateau within the state of San Luis Potosi. Double distilled in copper pots from a base of pure agave salmiana, it has aromas of jalapeno chilli, bell pepper and herbs, accompanied by sweet, smoky and mineral notes on the palate. Locally this spirit is paired with cactus flower jam.
