70cl / 40% - A sweet and fruity rum from Mezan that was distilled in Panama and initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in ex-Moscatel casks. Aromas of honey-covered peaches, apricots and white pepper fill the nose, complemented by notes of tinned peaches, peppery oak, vanilla, honey, sandalwood and baking spices throughout the palate.
