75cl / 15% - A full-bodied red from the south of France, made from 60% Mourvedre grapes plus Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. This is a great match for roast beef or lamb dishes and has notes of cherries, plums, spice and mushrooms. It can be aged for more than a decade.
