Bodegas de la Riva was established in the 19th century with 53 hectares in Pago Macharnudo – one of the oldest vineyard estates in the beautiful region of Jerez in Spain. Created from 100% Palomino grapes grown next to the sea and aged for 3 to 4 years under flor in a single solera, the vineyards Manzanilla Fina is a complex fortified wine with a strong minerality and saline character. Notes of citrus, nuts and anise reveal a fresh palate, making it a delightful aperitif or an exceptional match for seafood and salads. 14% ABV
