Wine CLOS DE LOS SIETE - Michel Rolland, the great oenologist of the great Châteaux of Bordeaux, co-owns with six of his friends the Clos de Los Siete ('the clos of the seven'), an estate of more than 800 hectares. It is located to the south of Mendoza, where its Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes enjoy a small harvest (30hl/ha) and an ideal climate (warm days and cold nights).
