"Spicy cedary new oak is still prominent on both nose and palate, assertive and powerful; time is required to fully integrate the oak with the wonderfully ripe fruit which is behind the oak veneer, but emerges clearly on the palate, reminding of rich, juicy, ripe blackcurrants. A dense, layered texture, supported by fine sweet tannins complete the profile of this brilliant, sexy and still youthful wine."
