The Losen-Bockstanz Estate is a family affair and has been since the 16th century. Production of this stunning wine is just 500 dozen so this is a rare chance to taste one of Germany's finest offerings. The 2009 vintage was a belter and although you can get stuck in right away, there's potential to age this wine for a decade or more. Balance always key, especially with German Riesling. There's a lovely richness from residual sugar that is kept in check by magnificent acidity.
