Why have one grape variety when you can have three? Trio is a blend of equal parts Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Gros Manseng from the Côtes de Gascogne. And whilst each grape can be beautiful on its own, this blend becomes greater than the sum of its parts. It is a really versatile white which will accompany crisp summer salads, grilled fish and roasted poultry with authority. Enjoy well chilled.
