On the coast of the French Mediterranean, the vineyards of winemaker Cedric Ragues stand within the Southern French countryside. With its glistening blue skies and emerald seas, La Sirene, which translates to mermaid in English, plays homage to this idyllic Mediterranean region. By using both young and old vineyards to create this wine, this has resulted in a tipple cascading with notes of blackberry, sweet raspberry compote and pepper spice.
