Wine Jeff Carrel - This wine is the result of a double maceration: the grapes undergo two macerations: one on the 2020 marcs, and the other a year later on the 2022 marcs! This technique produces a deep, aromatic wine with a silky, round texture on the palate. It's complex yet fresh, fruity with structured tannins - a real treat! It's a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, and is aged in concrete vats, giving it a slightly mineral finish. The aromas are mainly of black berries, crème de cassis and candied cherry! A perfect accompaniment to grilled meat or kebabs.
