The aim of the Estate Red Blend was to make the wine as elegant and terroir expressive as possible. Rich and dark on the nose with black cherries, mulberries and spiced wood along with hints of sweet spices such as vanilla. The palate is hugely concentrated with black fruits and is rounded off with some rippy, velvety tannins that linger on the finish.Serve at room temperature. Delicious with a variety of grilled meats and poultry such as duck along with hard cheese boards. Enjoy now, but will age well in the cellar for a further 5-10 years.
