75cl / 12.5% - In the 1960's Jean Velut and his wife had to give up their farm land near the city of Troyes. They instead moved to land they held in Champagne and decided to develop a vineyard. Today they have seven and a half hectares of land and farm this sustainably. On the nose lifted aromas of lemongrass, green almonds, brioche and white flowers. This is a charming Champagne that is reminiscent of Chablis but with bubbles. Try this with roasted langostines.
