Noble Fir foraged from the Galloway Forests and Bladderwrack Seaweed from the Solway Firth are combined with 9 other botanicals to create this smooth, vibrant and decidedly moreish gin.
The innovative team at Crafty Distillery who are behind Hills & Harbour Gin make the base spirit from local grain. This allows them to add a delicate flavour to the base of the gin as well as adding a smooth mouth feel.
