70cl / 51.5% / Douglas Laing - A 1999 Highland Park single malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill barrel for 21 years, before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of soft leather, brown sugar and oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon, cocoa powder, red fruits, honeycomb and milk chocolate throughout the palate.
