Created by Kent-based Herbert Hall Winery, this Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and is pale pink in appearance with lingering bubbles. There is a delicate aroma of honeysuckle, white peach, strawberry and brioche with abundant citrus, passion fruit and white peach flavours. Only 2,500 bottles were produced, making it a fine example of artisan winemaking. It will pair perfectly with smoked salmon as well as canapés and other seafood.12% ABV
