75cl / 14.5% - Four friends started this winery to explore the quality of fruit from some of Australia's less celebrated vineyards, especially Langhorne Creek. This wine is a blend of Italian varietals Dolchetto and Lagrein. This wine has plenty of bright red fruits, some dried herbs and a soft spices. The palate has plenty of fresh crunchy berry fruit with a really easy drinking quality to it. This is almost a bit too quaffable! Have this with roasted pork, a lasagna or just on its own after a hard days work.
