I find Pedro Ximenez an interesting unusual wine to drink - especially at Christmas. It looks like engine oil and is very sweet. Friends who don't like it with puddings or on its own still say it's great on vanilla ice cream. We tried this brand at our local wine club and I thought it was more than just sweet. There is some complexity too.
