Our Vinho Verde is made from the indigenous Alvarinho and Trajadura grapes by the much respected winery, Adega de Monção, in the Minho region - renowned as the best area for Vinho Verde. Delightfully crisp and juicy with notes of lime and green apple, it is a perfect match for crustacea and grilled fish.
