Saint-Véran is a village located in the extreme south of the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, just north of Beaujolais. To preserve the juicy green and crab apple flavours on the palate, renowned organic producer Joseph Drouhin vinifies the wine in stainless steel rather than oak. The result is a crisp, pure Chardonnay which pairs beautifully with poultry and fresh seafood.
