The characteristics of this wine are its typical deep ruby colour, vinous bouquet and dry harmonic taste. It is produced by Saladini Pilastri from only the best Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes, and mellowed in French oak barrels. This is a seductive red with notes of vanilla and soft ripe cherry fruit on the palate. Best served at room temperature to accompany all kinds of roast meat and game, also a delicious match for tomato based pasta dishes and cheese.
