The Fortnum's Meursault is produced from old Chardonnay vines sourced from the appellations Corbin and Sous La Velle vineyards. With an average of forty five years, the vines have imbued the wine with additional concentration and depth of flavour. Vincent Girardins approach here is non-interventionist, with natural fermentation practices, and gentle slow maturation over 13 months in oak, a small percentage of which is new, in order to preserve the purity of the exceptional fruit. Pairs excellently with fine fish, including Dover sole and turbot, or goose and roast chicken. 13% ABV Please note that it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18.
