This little vineyard site in Mendoza's Uco Valley gets a textbook-like ideal climate. Lots of sunshine in the days for ripening, and cool temperatures at night so the grapes maintain acidity for balance and freshness. But it's the soil here that sets its wine apart. Zuccardi have taken soil analysis to the next level over the years. It would take a dissertation to even begin to explain it, but let's just say that they're growing Malbec in conditions that can only be described as perfect. So the result is Malbec in its truest, purest and most delicious state.
