Sauvignon Blanc loves the Chilean climate and benefits from cooling pacific breezes and lovely clear sunny days. At harvest, which takes place from the end of February to the middle of March each vintage, grapes of wonderful concentration and vibrancy are hand harvested before cool fermentation, to preserve Sauvignon Blanc's racy goodness. Crisp and zingy with mouth-watering citrus and peach fruit. This is a white to serve chilled, with good company.
