Edinburgh Gin - Seaside Gin was the result of the first collaboration with Heriot-Watt University's Brewing and Distilling MSc course in 2015.
Produced with a range of shoreline botanicals, this is a refreshing and fragrant gin with a gentle bitter kick. It makes a bracing G&T!
Botanicals: juniper, scurvy grass, ground ivy, bladderwrack seaweed, cardamom, grains of paradise and coriander.
