75cl / 12% - The cellars at Drappier date back to 1152 but it was not until 1808 that the house was officially created. They keep true to the history of the region still working with the forgotten varietals such as Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrai and work with little to no sulphur in the wines. The Grande Sendrée Cuvée takes its name from a parcel of land covered by cinders after the fire which ravaged Urville in 1838. This wine is all about mandarine, acacia honey, quince and tart tatin.
