75cl / 15.5% - El Primer Paso comes from a mix of grafted and ungrafted organic vines that are over 45 years old. On the nose there are dark black hedgerow fruits and wood spice, with tobacco leaf and a hint of cedar. The palate has lovely, sweet fruit with leather, figs and crunchy tannins. Perfect for roasted pork or lamb – or anything with a bit of fat.
