70cl / 46.3% - A triple distilled Irish single malt whiskey from Dingle Distillery that has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Aromas of lime zest, freshly-picked mint leaves and sweet pears fill the nose, complemented by notes of caramelised apple slices, raisins, vanilla, honey and mixed spices throughout the finish.
