70cl / 40% - A 30-year-old Calvados Domfrontais from Didier Lemorton that is made with 70% pears and 30% apples, and matured in French oak casks for three decades. The palate offers notes of toffee apples, caramel, poached pears, honey, vanilla and peppery spice that linger in the finish.
