Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks for the first 9 years and then finished finished in aged Oloroso Sherry casks for its last 3 years before bottling.

This fine whisky leaves a r oasted coffee and dark chocolate finish.

Tasting notes:
Manchego with grated orange on the top, with a burnt sugar, freshly snuffed candles and country manor out buildings. The palate is orange peel with well curated allotments and hessian cloths. The finish gives slight bitterness.
