70cl / 40% - An Hors d'Age Cognac from Coutanseaux Aine, made with a blend of eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which has spent 40 years in oak casks. Aromas of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, prunes, cooked oranges and honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of oak, autumn berries, acacia honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, white pepper and cardamom throughout the palate.
