70cl / 53.5% / Berry Bros & Rudd - This English single malt was produced at Cotswolds Distillery and matured in an ex-oloroso sherry cask for 5 years before being bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Pleasingly chewy notes of Victoria sponge, honeycomb and stewed orchard fruit cover the palate and lead to a long finish with abundant baking spice and citrus notes.
