Something very special indeed here. Paolo Masi is an award-winning Tuscan winemaker, famed for his wonderful Chiantis. But Paolo is just as skilled with white grapes, and using local specialities and his innumerable talents he's come up with a gem - so-called 'white Chianti'! It's a combination of native grapes, Trebbiano di Toscana and Malvasia with a drop of international star, Chardonnay to add some extra weight and roundness. A deliciously original blend and you'd have to go a fair way to taste anything quite like it! Since he took over the family winery, Paolo's made a huge amount of improvements, investing in state of the art equipment and cool fermentation tanks. This equipment has benefited his white wine magnificently, ensuring not a drop of freshness escapes!
