70cl / 44% - A 10-year-old Cognac from Cognac Park that was initially matured in French oak barrels for a decade, before being finished for nine months in Japanese Mizunara oak casks. Aromas of mango, quince, white pepper and oaky vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon, liquorice, dried apricot, acacia honey, nougat and soft smoke throughout the palate.
