Wine FAMILLE DUCOURT - Henri Ducourt bought a few hectares of vines in the area around Cessac. This estate is made up of a number of hamlets, including one known as Redon which gives its name to the soft, rounded shapes in the landscape - Redon means round in the Occitan dialect. With a dark ruby-red colour, Château Redon reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, a hint of violet mixed with some spice notes. On the palate, the attack is soft and fruity with a pleasant lingering finish. A complex wine capable of revealing various flavours when paired with selected cured meats but equally with slow-cooked dishes.
