150cl / 12% - A simply superb non-vintage reserve cuvée from Charles Heidsieck - the most highly-regarded of the Heidsieck houses in terms of quality. This wine has a large percentage of reserve wines (over 50% in the blend), which gives it a real depth and complexity of flavour with notes of baked apples, hints of apple turnover and honey-drizzled brioche. This is an absolutely delicious wine that always over delivers.
