75cl / 12% - Giles Dumangin’s family have been tending vines in the Montagne de Reims for over 300 years. He is committed to maintaining the highest possible quality across his cuvées and so produces vintages only in the most exceptional years. The 2009 Premier Cru is made with 54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot noir. It’s a medium bodied wine with lots of red berries and toasted brioche – makes an excellent aperitif and pairs very nicely with oysters.
