70cl / 49% - A special-edition rum from Phuket's Chalong Bay distillery, made with Thai sugarcane juice that has undergone wild fermentation and is distilled in the same type of still used to make Armagnac. Aromas of lime, chestnuts, lemongrass and mixed herbs fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate, alongside savoury olives, green grass and sweet caramel notes.
