Sicily’s sunny climes are primed for growing Grillo grapes. When it comes to the ones blended to create the Centopassi Rocce di Pietra Longa Grillo, they’re grown in the island’s Pietra Longa region and harvested by hand towards the second half of August. Completely organic, it’s matured in steel vats for nine months before it’s bottled to create the golden coloured wine that swirls with fresh fruit and citrus aromas.
